The minimum rear yard requirement as provided in the
South Burlington Zoning Ordinance is thirty (30) feet. My
inspection of the project ).,,as revealed thal-- the structure
is within twenty (20) feet of the property line.
Be advise( thrat this office is revoking the building
permit issued to you on June 14, 1973 (permit #4491)
because of this violation.
It is my unde-rstanding that you will cease construction
until such time as application can be made to the City
Zoning Boas(! of Adjustment.

Minimum rear yard required. is 30 feet - request to build to
within 20 feet.
Minimum lot size required is 7,500 scuare feet per family -
presently the lot in ouestion contains 9,300 square feet.
Minimum dwellinc, standards are 650 square feet - proposed.
addition will have 504 square feet -addition proposed is
181 x 28' - estimated cost of. addition $6,000.00.
A building permit was issued for an additional bedroom and
bath - this perrait was revoked for violation which is believed
to be a misunderstanding.
Application later wanted for a full efficiency apartment.
WELSH
Area zoned Business District B.
Minimum side yard required is 25 feet. Request is to
construct wit1hin 3 feet of northerly side yard..
Lot in question fronts on Dorset Street and on San Remo
Drive two lots owned by AIr. Idelsh.
Proposed building is 30' x 60' and to be used for storage.
RACINE
Area zoned Business District A for a depth of 300 feet along
Shelburne Road all other land to rear is zoned Planned
District.
Approval by Planning Commission has been granted allowing
automobile dealers in Planned District (see attached minutes).
Proposal is to front on a new road to be constructed by
National Life, lot area 90,000 square feet - building; area
12,000 square feet - total coverage 12.2%.
