Minimum rear yard required. is 30 feet - request to build to within 20 feet. Minimum lot size required is 7,500 scuare feet per family - presently the lot in ouestion contains 9,300 square feet. Minimum dwellinc, standards are 650 square feet - proposed. addition will have 504 square feet -addition proposed is 181 x 28' - estimated cost of. addition $6,000.00.
