The minimum rear yard requirement as provided in the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance is thirty (30) feet. My inspection of the project ).,,as revealed thal-- the structure is within twenty (20) feet of the property line. Be advise( thrat this office is revoking the building permit issued to you on June 14, 1973 (permit #4491) because of this violation. Minimum rear yard required. is 30 feet - request to build to within 20 feet. Minimum lot size required is 7,500 scuare feet per family - presently the lot in ouestion contains 9,300 square feet. Minimum dwellinc, standards are 650 square feet - proposed. addition will have 504 square feet -addition proposed is 181 x 28' - estimated cost of. addition $6,000.00. A building permit was issued for an additional bedroom and bath - this perrait was revoked for violation which is believed to be a misunderstanding.
