HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-93-0000 - Decision - 0358 Dorset StreetSTATE OF VERMONT E COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 13th day of December 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Philip Kiley, d.b.a. Burlington Billiards, 358 Dorset Street based on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant is requesting permission to operate a lounge/restaurant with a seating capacity of 20 in conjunction with an existing billiard parlor. 2) Use should be accessory to the principal use, general use being retail. 3) Traffic not expected to increase, proposed use serving present customers. 4) General character of the area not affected by this use. Stipulation: That lounge hours of operation shall be 8 P.M. to midnight. Review by Zoning Board within six months. Based upon the above facts and findings for a conditional use is herebx'lgranted. the appellant's request Chairman, South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment .. V44
