This is my formal request to appeal to the Zoning Board for a
waiver of the ten foot regulation regarding construction of buildings near
a property line.
Attached is a sketch outlining the proposed site of a new garage
I would like to have constructed on my property at 1350 Airport Drive and
its relationship to the neighbor's property line and the other building on
my property.
According to the outline agreed upon by myself and the contractor,
an approximate four foot concession would allow construction of the gar-
age at the end of the black -topped driveway as it now is.
Considerstion of this request will be greatly appreciated.

This is a letter of confirmation that we, the owners and occupants
of the property at 1340 Airport Drive, Charles and Sandra Ladd, agree
and approve the application of our neighbors, T.dward and Barbara Flavin
at 1350 Airport Drive, for a ruling of exception to the ten foot zoning
regulation of property lines in their proposed location of constructing
a garage.
Kr. Flavin has illustrated that an approximate five foot concession
to the property regulation would facilitate construction and coincide
the garage iaith the location of the house and the paved driveway. ,,re
agree with the plan and do not anticipate any problems resultinC from a
favorable decision on your part.
