HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-87-0000 - Decision - 1272 Airport DriveC FINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Philip Hathaway and Thomas Weaver. On the 9th of June 1987, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Philip Hathaway & Thomas Weaver for conversion of a house to insurance/real estate and long term auto rental offices under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: The two-way entrance and circulation drive shall be modified to be at least 24 feet wide. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: A revised parking plan showing 10 parking spaces at a minimum dimension of 9 x 18 feet indicating use for each parking space shall be submitted to and approved by the City Planner prior to permit. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: A landscaping bond of $1,000.00 shall be posted prior to permit. The large healthy trees on the site especially the ones behind the lilac shrubs and the red maple just behind the building shall be saved. A sewer allocation of 60 gallons per day shall be obtained and the $2.50 /gallon fee shall be paid prior to permit. The contour of the existing land shall be maintained so as not to alter the surface drainage. The excavation for the parking lot shall be hauled from the site.
