Good Afternoon Marla,
Further to the below, please find attached an updated coverage table for the project which accounts for the changes
requested.
To your additional questions:
1. The proposed change will allow for already approved homes to be built on the seven new lots. The homes
proposed for these location will be SF1‐A, SF1‐B and SF1‐C, as provided and approved in the original permit. As
currently planned any of the homes can go on any of the seven footprint lots newly proposed.
2. Elevations for these homes are already part of the approved final plat.
3. The proposed change will reduce the unit count and bedroom count for the project. No increase is proposed.
4. The applicant does not believe that any significant changes to the stormwater collection system, sewer mains or
water mains are required by the Project. Sewer and water services have changed, but are shown on the
updated project plans. Utility cabinets are also shown on the updated Project plans. No utility poles are
proposed.

recently approved coverage table is attached. This request is in order to consider your application complete, and I have

I’ve finished reviewing the application for completeness and have a few questions, hopefully simple to answer. Thanks!
Application Requirement Specific Comment
Lot area in square feet and acres, and lot
coverage calculations including building, overall,
and front yard coverage and the location and
layout of any off‐street parking or loading areas,
traffic circulation areas, pedestrian walkways,
and fire lanes.
You previously provided a “Coverage Table.” I
assume this is changed with the revised
lots. Please provide an update.
One set of preliminary plans, elevations, floor
plans, and sections of proposed structures
showing the proposed location, use, design and
height of all structures, roads, parking areas,
access points, sidewalks and other walkways,
loading docks, outdoor storage areas, sewage
disposal areas, landscaping, screening, site
grading, and recreation areas if required. Plans
shall also show any proposed division of buildings
into units of separate occupancy and location of
drives and access thereto.
Please clarify whether you’re proposing to use
already‐approved unit types, and if so, which.
Elevations of buildings proposed as part of
Planned Unit Developments
Ditto above. If you’re proposing a new type
please provide elevations
Existing and proposed water and wastewater

Please confirm whether the proposed change will
