I wanted to talk about Marla’s comment below. If I recall we discussed it and I provided a plan showing the updated drainage areas for the QTA Rental Car Facility for your review. Marla’s comments:   Thanks!  Here are the results of my completeness review.  Based on the thoroughness of the plans, I very much suspect you HAVE  all this info, it’s just a matter of sending it.  As always, please let me know if something was included and I’ve simply  missed it.  We’d like to put this on the March 19 DRB agenda, so please let me know if you anticipate any trouble getting  the info to me early next week.    Submission Requirement  Notes  Location of existing restrictions on land, such as  easements and covenants.  Footprint lots need to be shown on the site plan  as an existing easement.  The site plan will end up  being recorded as a mylar since there is no  subdivision associated with this PUD  2 application.  Therefore please also show property  boundaries on the site plan as they exist within  the viewport.  Point‐by‐point lighting plan and cut sheets for all  proposed outdoor lighting within the site  If lighting is proposed, please provide as  described, otherwise please indicate it is not.  Elevations of buildings proposed as part of  Planned Unit Developments  Are more thorough elevations available?  We can  accept what you have provided but the Board  may ask for more.  Plans showing the location, size and invert  elevations of existing and planned sanitary  sewers, storm water drains, and fire hydrants and  location and size of water, gas, electricity and any  other utilities or structures.  Drain inverts omitted.  Proposed stormwater management system,  including (as applicable) location, supporting  design data and copies of computations used as a  basis for the design capacities and performance  of stormwater management facilities.  The Stormwater Section specifically requested  additional information be included as part of  sketch plan review.  Any other information or data that the  Administrative Officer or Development Review  Board shall require for a full assessment of the  project pursuant to the Land Development  Regulations  At sketch, Nic gave a presentation on parking and  the Board asked for more information on where  people using the removed parking will be  displaced to.  Thanks, Christopher Gendron, PE  Project Manager, Civil Engineering Direct: 802 497-6402 Cell: 802 917-3117 Chris.Gendron@stantec.com Stantec 55 Green Mountain Drive South Burlington VT 05403-7824   The content of this email is the confidential property of Stantec and should not be copied, modified, retransmitted, or used for any purpose except with Stantec's written authorization.
