Can you check the spelling of Jon Linwahl’s name? I thought there was a D in there.  2. To Dalila’s question: Good Question. For now what if we drew the line at “if the board required them to do it”  (ie, plant a buffer)? Thoughts? Let’s put the bigger question to a group meeting and decide if that’s how we  want to communicate to applicants (from the start) moving forward. I think there’s a lot of merit to the idea but  would love to get all perspectives.  3. Where the DRB is requiring, based on the Fire Chief’s recommendation, use of an Opticon system. Is that a  specific requirement for a proprietary system or “that or an equivalent”? If the FD & Board are ok with an  equivalent, it might address a future problem if they want to use a different system.     2      Paul Conner, AICP  Director of Planning & Zoning  City of South Burlington  575 Dorset Street  South Burlington, VT 05403  (802) 846‐4106  www.sbvt.gov     Notice ‐ Under Vermont’s Public Records Act, all e‐mail, e‐mail attachments as well as paper copies of documents received or prepared for use in  matters concerning City business, concerning a City official or staff, or containing information relating to City business are likely to be regarded as  public records which may be inspected by any person upon request, unless otherwise made confidential by law. If you have received this message in  error, please notify us immediately by return email. Thank you for your cooperation.         From: Marla Keene <mkeene@sburl.com>   Sent: Wednesday, April 24, 2019 3:36 PM  To: Paul Conner <pconner@sburl.com>  Subject: SD‐19‐07 1200 Airport Drive QTA for review     Hi Paul,  In all your spare time… draft decision ready for review.  Dalila has already reviewed this because a lot of the questions I had were related to what was said at the hearing.  You  should be able to get through it quickly.  One question in there for you.       Marla Keene, PE   Development Review Planner   City of South Burlington   575 Dorset Street   South Burlington, VT 05403   (802) 846‐4106   www.southburlingtonvt.gov     Notice - Under Vermont’s Public Records Act, all e-mail, e-mail attachments as well as paper copies of documents received or prepared for use in matters concerning City business, concerning a City official or staff, or containing information relating to City business are likely to be regarded as public records which may be inspected by any person upon request, unless otherwise made confidential by law.
