SURVEYORS & CONSTRUCTORS 802 - 862 - 5661 August 31, 1977 Mr. and Mrs. Porter 1257 Airport Drive South Burlington, VT 05401 Re: Missing depth on Lot # 9 Airport Drive Dear Mr. and Mrs. Porter: On August 31, 19779 I have checked all the lot wid- ths on the northern side of Ledoux Terrace 9 through 15 according to a copy of the tax map you gave me. There seems to enough frontage from Maryland Street to Airport Drive for each lot to have the required frontage. At some time during the development stage it appears that the home on lot # 13 was built to far east, which in turn forced all structures to the east and thereby shrink- ing the last lot near Airport Drive, your lot. Measuring from the corner of Airport Drive 30' would place the city line at the west side of the side- walk in front of your home. 69' west (the depth of your lot) would place your back line approximately on the corner of the house on lot # 10.
