Re: Findings of Fact, application of BrnQst 'Ross
for conversion of single-family swellincr to an insurance office
at 329 Dorset Street
On the 8th of October 19 85 the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved xxxaRmjx§t the
request of Ernest Ross
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall be from Bookwood Drive to
the 4 car parking area depicted on the plan.
2. CIRCULATIUN AND PARKING - Four spaces shall be gravelled
and the owner shall use one space in the garage for his car. It
shall drain towards Brookwood Drive If the garage is removed,
the applicant shall return to the Commission for site plan
approval if any use of the area covered by the garage.
3. L;'.NDSCAPING & SCREENING - Credit is granted for existing land-
scaping valued at over the required $300.
4. OTHER: The Commission reserves the right to amend this site
plan approvai a ter 6 months from the date of approval based on
a review by the City Planner of the use of this lot.
5. The building permit shall be obtained in 6 months.
