They presently have three (3) service ve- hicles which are driven home by the employees. These servicemen spend most of the day at customer locations on repair work. The manager also serves as the only saleman in this area and spends approximately 70 percent of his time on the road. The only outside traffic that is generated is approximately three to five customers per day. Syracuse Supply has been located on San Remo Drive in South Burlington since 1971. At this time, it is anticipated that we will spend approximately $5,000 to remodel this building for use by Syracuse Supply Company. The build- ing is presently assessed at $30,000.
