HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-94-0001 - Decision - 0205 Dorset StreetSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON �/ p - �' - 060 DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 22nd of August 1994 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Peter & Vilma Jacob, 205 Dorset Street based on the following facts and findings: 1) The applicant is requesting permission to remove the existing accessory use structures (172 square feet) and replace with a new structure (280 square feet) occupying with an accessory use and a automatic teller machine. 2) Traffic generation (ATM traffic counts from unit located in Sears shopping center) is approximately 50 trips within the peak hour (4 to 6 P.M.). 3) Full service bank in operation from the mall for many years, proposed use automatic teller machine only. 4) No municipal facilities will be connected to this building. 5) Will not alter the general character of the area.
