HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-94-0000 - Decision - 0205 Dorset Street (2)STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN Oct©� y CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 27th day of September 1994 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Peter & Vilma Jacob, 205 Dorset Street based on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant is requesting permission to construct an accessory use structure to include a bank automatic teller machine. 2) The use was approved by the Zoning Board on August 22, 1994. The application was reviewed as a planned development which include the land development located at 205 Dorset Street. 3) The use and location of the structure is considered under the P.C.D. of the entire University Mall. 4) The land taking by the State of Vermont and the location of the south access to the mall has created a sub -standard lot and nonconforming structure. 5) Hardship imposed on the appellant by the land swaps and improvements to Dorset Street.
