Be advised that the South Burlington Zoning Hoard of Adjustment has
granted your request for a zoning variance. The Board stipulated
that the mobile home be removed from your property after the use by
your mother is terminated. This stipulation will be secured by a
formal agreement which will be drafted by the City Attorney. This
agreement should be executed prior to your locating the home on your
property.
Please contact me a few days prior to your setting up the mobile
home, in order to accomplish the above.

The Planning Commission has directed me to convey its concern to
you about the Kenneth Daley appeal. Specifically, this concern is
over the precedent for two separate dwellings on a single substandard
(in terms of area) lot. The Commission hopes that you will take this
into account in your deliberations, with the understanding that there
may be mitigating circumstances which the Commission is not aware of,
that could override this concern.
