Having reviewed your application for a conditional use I find that
your business is similar to a architecture -engineering operation.
These uses are permitted along Dorset Street, we therefore will not
require that you apply to the city council for approval.
You are required to secure a permit for "construction or remodeling
also for a sign which might be proposed.
If you become a general contractor business use, we would require
review.
