On the 28th day of September 1992, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Finard
& Company, George Khouri, 155 Dorset Street on the following
facts and findings:
1) Applicant is requesting a variance to erect a satellite dish
for J.C. Penny's which establish a nationwide communication
network system.
2) Proposed dish is not visible from shopping center because of
it's mid -roof location.
3) Study completed by GTE, location for best reception, height
of satellite dish is a factor.
4) Represent the minimum variance to afford relief.
Based upon the above factj� f�dings the appellant is hereby
