In accordance with the South Burlington Zoning Regulations and
Chapter 117, Title 24, V.S.A. the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at the South Burlington
Municipal Offices, Conference Room, 575 Dorset Street, South
Burlington, Vermont on Monday, November 24, 1997 at 7:00 P.M. to
consider the following:
Appeal of Bernard Laplante seeking a variance from Section 26.00
Non complying structure/extension and Section 25.00 lot coverage
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations. Request is for
permission to construct a 16'x 20' addition to an existing garage
which is located to within ten (10) feet of the required rear
yard, proposed addition increases the allowable lot coverage to
twenty four (24) percent (allowable 20%), located at 1181 Airport
Drive.
