Racine sho',TS that average daily traffic between Dorset Street anc, Hinesburg Road, is about 11,010 cars. Our own research shows that average monthly traffic to the lobby tellers is about 10,543 transactions at this office. The drive-in and. ATM traffic is about 11,003 transactions per month. Taking this into account we feel that the 16 x 42 foot add.ition which would add three more teller windows to the lobby would not increase traffic, but rather decrease congestion as we hope the lines at the drive-ins will be shorter. The availability of faster service inside the building there- fore should not only be beneficial to our customers but also help the heavy traffic situation currently surrounding this office. We feel it is obvious that customer activity at the Chittend'.en will not decrease and. we hope that we can 1,-ork with the zoning board to find appropriate v-ays to be as help- ful as possible to the surrounding community. Thank you for your attention to our petition. BADlt,e Sincerely, Bernar(4 A.
