TRAFFIC ACCESS- Traffic will be able to enter and exit the project from this vicinity of Dorset Street without unreasonable congestion or threats to safety. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Adequate as shown. 3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING- Adeauate as shown. On the 26th of April 19 77 , the South Burlington Planning Commission approved or ,the request of Mr. James Holbrook, agent for under Section > > _ zo of the Sout-h Burlington Zoning Regulations subject.to the following conditions: 1 1. Storm drainage 12 ans be reviewed and aonroved by the City Engineer. 2. The necessary bonds, in an amount to be determined by the CitY Engineer and Zoning Administrator, be posted for landscaping and site improvements. 3. Layout and specifications of parkin; area curbing shall be as approved by the City Engineer. 4. Lighting plans shall be submitted to, and approved by the City Engineer. 5. The Dorset Street sidewalk is not to be moved. 6. A 100 foot long deceleration lane shall be installed to serve vehicles entering from the south. 7. If the existing house is removed or destroyed, the curb cut is to be closedand sufficiently landscaped. South Burlington Planning Commission
