MINUTES May 19, 2014
Members Present: Glenn Sproul, Jennifer Kochman, Edie Robenstein, Laura DeMaroney, Linda Janes
Also Present: Todd Goodwin, Recreation Director
The meeting started t 4:30pm with a general discussion of the draft of the Report of the committee on
Committees Task Force, as there was not a quorum. Jennifer Kochman sent in her thoughts on the
Committee Restructuring.
1. Called to order at 5:00 pm when we had a quorum.
2. Minutes of the April 21, 2014 meeting were approved as written
3. After our official discussion about the City Managers proposal from the Task Force Committee
on committee restructuring. We read Jennifer’s written response to our agenda item- “Do we
generally support the proposal? We each expressed our opinions and asked Todd for
clarification of some items.
4. We all agreed to support the proposal, and Glenn will speak for Rec & LA on June 16 at the open
hearing at the City Council meeting that night.
5. Any further question or concerns need to be sent directly to Gleen before June 16.
6. Next meeting June 16
7. Adjourned at 5:28 p.m.
