2. Changes or additions to the agenda
3. Comments from the public not related to the agenda
4. Introduce and welcome new appointees
5. Election of officers for this year (Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary/Clerk)
6. Approve minutes of meetings on September 15 and October 6
7. *Offer comments on draft report concerning ADA accessibility
8. *Power Point presentation by Todd concerning recreation programs and
facilities
9. *Brainstorming the needs, opportunities and challenges ahead for the
Recreation and Parks Department
10. Next meeting will be December 15 if we continue with the third Monday of
the month
11. Adjourn in time for 6:30 City Council meeting
