MEETING MINUTES for Regular Monthly Meeting
APPROVED 1/06/2016
Present: Patrick Clemins (NRC Clerk), Russell Agne (NRC Member), Melissa Cuke (NRC Member),
Jeff Dickson (NRC Member), Cathyann LaRose (NRC Staff Liaison - SB City Planner)
The meeting was called to order at 5:32pm.
Committee Social Dinner: The Committee munched on snacks and quiche and discussed each
other’s holiday plans and other non-business topics.
Staff Update: LaRose reported on the status of the Comprehensive Plan updates.
Committee Mission, Collaboration with other Committees: These topics were tabled since
Betty Milizia, Committee Chair, was unable to make the meeting at the last minute.
Action Items:
· Milizia and LaRose: Schedule a joint meeting with the Recreation and Leisure Arts
Committee.
· Milizia and LaRose: Schedule (Reschedule) visits from the Fellowship of the Wheel and
Bernie Paquette at a future Committee meeting.
Next Meetings: The Natural Resources Committee normally meets on the first Wednesday of
each month.
The next meeting will be:
· January 6th, 6:00pm – NRC Planning Meeting
Meeting adjourned at 6:58pm.
