Proposal is to set-off a 50 acre lot which will have no
frontage and construct a single family dwelling. Lot is
served by two sixty foot right-of-ways. One presently is
used as a private driveway by L. Demers. Proposal is to
use the same drive.
Section 11.35 requires Planning Commission approval.
