Findings of Fact
On the 27th day of November, 1973, the South Burlington
Planning Commission approved the site plan of Normand Ramsey.,
Anchor Motor Inn, on Dorset Street, on the following facts:
1) the traffic access as shown on the site plan
is adequate
2) the internal traffic circulation as shown on
the site plan is adequate
3) the number of parking spaces and location as shown
on the site plan is adequate
4) the land scaping as shown on the site plan is
adequate
5) the screening as shown on the site plan is
adequate

Appeal of Normand Ramsey
Upon due consideration of the premises and aforesaid findings,
the South Burlington Planning Commission does hereby approve the
site plan of Normand Ramsey , Anchor Motor nn on Dorset Street
subject to the following conditions: 1 the sidewalk should continue
across the driveway, 2) parking area, driveways, and stacking lanes
should be lined with the curbs, 3'j'final detailed plans for storm,
sanitary, and water lines shall be submitted for approval prior to
any construction work,,A)" planting sub -committee review and approve
planting schedule 5) an amount, determined by the city manager,
be set aside to insure replanting of any trees that die during the
first five (5) year period of operation.
