Meeting of the Governance & Nominating Committee
South Burlington Public Library
June 14, 2018
Kerry Jung (Chair), Patrick Leduc and Bonnie Finnigan, being a majority of the members of the Committee,
and Jennifer Murray, Library Director, attended the meeting. Ms. Finnigan acted as Clerk of the meeting.
Ms. Jung called the meeting to order at 4:49 p.m. on Thursday June 14, 2018. There were no changes or
additions to the posted agenda.
The Committee discussed a potential slate of of icers and Trustee candidates for the next one-year term
(of icers) and three-year term (Trustees). Ms. Finnigan made a motion to recommend a slate of of icers
and Trustee nominees to the Board of Trustees and Mr. Leduc seconded. There was no additional
discussion.
☒Motion approved.
Ms. Jung noted no members of the public were in attendance.
Mr. Leduc then made a motion to adjourn and Ms. Finnigan seconded.
☒Motion approved.
The meeting adjourned at 4:54 p.m.
