Mee ng was called to order by MargaretAnn Cross at 7:10 p.m.
There were no addi ons or dele ons to the posted agenda
Trustees heard a presenta on by Lara Keenan, a library consultant specializing in governance for the Vermont
Department of Libraries
We held a discussion and ques on-and-answer session with Lara
Lara le the mee ng, and the board held a discussion on architectural and real estate ma ers related to the
new library.
The mee ng was adjourned at 9 p.m.
