Present: Mark Coel, MargaretAnn Cross, Bonnie Finnigan, Kerry Jung, Patrick Leduc, Stacey Pape, Beth Wood

Mee ng was called to order by MargaretAnn Cross at 7 p.m.
The board discussed a ending the School Board mee ng on April 4, 2018, in order to encourage support for
the le er of intent for a land transfer that was given to the School Board by the City. This land transfer will
benefit the new library in City Center. It was decided that several members would a end the mee ng and that
MargaretAnn would advocate for an agreement. Other members may make comments during the discussion.
The board then reviewed two versions of a public statement to be issued by the Library Board of Trustees a er
the School Board’s ac on regarding the le er of intent, one to use if a posi ve outcome was achieved and one
to use if a nega ve outcome was achieved.
Bonnie made a mo on to issue the statements as they were wri en.
Beth seconded the mo on.
The mo on passed unanimously. No one abstained.
