Board of Trustee Advocacy Committee Minutes

Present: Kathy Mackin, Bonnie Finnigan, Lee Freeman, Penne Tompkins, and Jennifer Murray

Meeting was called to order by Bonnie Finnigan at 5:07 PM.
Additions or deletions to the posted agenda: City Council action (see below)
Consent Agenda and Minutes
Lee motioned to approve; Linda Darlington seconded.

AGENDA ITEMS
Committee added ideas to the “Do You Know Campaign” list.
Multi-pronged publicity approach to Advocacy was discussed, using local media resources.
Discussed the importance of reaching out to City Council members in continued support of the library given
recent changes to the reserve fund.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:10
