Governance Committee Meeting Nov. 1, 2016
Attendees: Beth Wood, Jennifer Murray, Bonnie Finnigan
Regrets: Mark Coel
1. Meeting was called to order 3:00 pm.
2. The goal of this meeting was to review and edit the By-laws and current MOU and a line by line review was begun.
It was deemed critical that not only do the two documents agree but that they also reflect the laws and processes
that govern our meetings including the Open Meeting Law. The committee almost competed the review of the
document and will again to finalize.
3. Meeting adjourned 5 pm
