On the 7th of October, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board of
Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Judge Develop-
ment, Peter Judge, 100 Dorset Street, based on the following
facts and findings:
1) Hardship has been created by the Dorset Street widening and
the fact that utilities are being constructed underground.
2) This proposal is in keeping with the commercial nature of
the area.
3) Represents a minimum variance of three feet.
4) Addition should not alter the general character of the area.
