HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-95-0000 - Decision - 0100 Dorset StreetSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 27th day of March, 1995 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Judge Companies, Amy Lindsay agent, 100 Dorset Street based on the following facts and findings: 1. Applicant is requesting to extend Commercial 1 District boundary southerly a distance of fifty (50) feet into the Central District. 2. The proposed extension will increase the area of Commercial 1 District and increase the lot area at 100 Dorset Street to 4.1 acres. 3. The present use at 100 Dorset Street are non -conforming due to lot size, this proposal will allow for a Planned Commercial Development. 4. Renovations to 100 Dorset Street are proposed. Proposal will be in compliance. 5. Planned Commercial development more restricted review criteria by Planning Commission. 6. Proposal doe not affect character of area.
