I have enclosed two sets of revised site plans showing the playground in detail and the site with the rearrangement in parking spaces. BOX 1307 I have enclosed a copy of a plan of a proposed fenced - in outdoor playground area to be added to the Williston Road Burger King location. After you have reviewed this proposal, I would appreciate your comments and advice as to what approvals will be necessary. Thank you. Box 1307 Burlington, Vermont 05402 Re: Burger King/Outdoor Playground Dear Peter: Construction of the proposed outdoor playground at Burger King is permitted, the set -back from the Williston Road is 57 feet. If your present set -back is 91 feet you should have no problem conforming. I do have a problem with removing any parking spaces. The area c�,ould be re- designed so that no spaces are eliminated.
