Pursuant to your advice, the engineers have redesigned
the playground area so as not to reduce any of the parking
spaces already present on the lot. I have enclosed two sets
of revised site plans showing the playground in detail and
the site with the rearrangement in parking spaces.
What further steps should I take in order to obtain the
building permit?

in outdoor playground area to be added to the Williston Road
Burger King location.
After you have reviewed this proposal, I would appreciate
your comments and advice as to what approvals will be necessary.

Re: Burger King/Outdoor Playground
Dear Peter:
Construction of the proposed outdoor playground at Burger King is permitted,
the set -back from the Williston Road is 57 feet.
If your present set -back is 91 feet you should have no problem conforming.
I do have a problem with removing any parking spaces. The area c�,ould be re-
designed so that no spaces are eliminated.
A permit is required, I don't f4el site plan approval is necessary.
