This project requests a minor site plan amendment due to a change in transformer box
dimensions. In order to retain the required open space area and quality the transformer
must be placed at the northwest corner of the open space, requiring a shift in parking lot
layout. As a result, there are also minor changes proposed to proposed grading, landscaping,
lighting, and the location of the dumpster pad.
