We, the undersigned, are aware that Ann Renzoni, 1131
Airport Drive, South Burlington, Vermont, wishes to install
a studio apartment for 1 adult in the area of her home presently
serving as a family room. We understand she would install
shower and toilet facilities and a small kitchen with appropri-
ate appliances. We have no objection to the foregoing.
