DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 7t-h _ day of October , 198 5 , the South Burlington
Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of
Ravmond Prof & Georg Meyers, 1153 Airport Drive_
based on the following facts and findings:
1) Any other placement would adversely affect the rest of the
neighborhood.
2) Other options such as increasing front yard at expense of rear
yard or placement of smaller house would be undesirable.
3) Lot in auestion setoff in earlv 1g60's, no additional land
available.
4) The structure will have a setback in line with both properties on
each side.
