Landscaping looks Ok, may want to suggest a genus other than maple as maples are overplanted in South
Burlington. Freeman Maples are probably more adapted to the existing soils than Red Maples

Subject: MP-24-03 & SD-24-08 850 Hinesburg Rd - technical review round #2
Hi everyone,
CEA has submitted updated plans for both the master plan application #MP-24-03 and for the Phase 1 preliminary
plat application #SD-24-08. Their revised submission consists of plans only; no supporting cover memo has been
provided. Regarding stormwater, the Board is going to let them make the modifications for the final plat, so no
changes have yet been made there either. I’ve spoken to many of you about the revisions already, but am now
asking for your formal comments for inclusion in the StaƯ Report for the Board. Their continued application will
be reviewed by the Development Review Board on November 5. I’ll be at a conference the last week of October, so
please send your comments on the revised materials no later than Wednesday October 23.

updated the subdivision plat, but will have to do so before recording the mylar. SD-24-08_850
