Just catching up with you concerning your comment imported below regarding:
I did note one concern regarding the proposed subdivision lines. There is a sort of “triangle” lot
that includes the silo and adjacent barn on the south side of the proposed ROW. We don’t allow
discontinuous lots so it can’t be part of Lot 1A. I haven’t done a specific dimensional analysis,
but I suspect this lot has some problems in that regard. I’m going to ask in the preliminary plat
review that it be folded into Lot 2. If my suggestion doesn’t work, can you start to think about an
alternative solution?
We have highlighted what the proposed subdivision plat depicts for the lot layout. The
labeled 40’ ROW is actually an easement (not a dedicated rights-of-way land parcel)
that encumbers Lots 1B, 1C, 1D and Lot 2.
The lot layout is intended to evenly split the non-open space lands between the three
siblings. With Lot 1 being further subdivided.
Lot 1B is intended to include the commercial uses. The silo and shed/barn support the
cellular repeaters mounted on the silo.
I hope this helps clarify the intent and features of the conditions.

Hi Dave,
I’m excited to share that we’ve deemed these applications complete and eligible for scheduling. At this point the
project is fully vested in the 11/20/2023 LDR.
In my completeness review, I did note one concern regarding the proposed subdivision lines. There is a sort of

In terms of hearing date, unless you’re in a really big hurry, my preference is to put both the MP and PP on the
DRB’s agenda for July 2. Is that OK with you? I may be able to fit either the MP or the PP but probably not both on
June 18.
