(it’s a little vague in that it doesn’t say you have to say it complies, but I’d prefer that to be the case!) I've included a revised plan CH101 to help with the response to #3. Thanks Derick Derick Read, P.E. It has been called to my attention that the included plat shows a ROW dedicated to the city. I assume this is no longer intended. You're right. The ROW is no longer needed. Is there a need for a plat at all for this application? I wasn't sure that a plat was required but we started to prepare it for the purposes of the dedicated right of way for the road and multi-use path. Please remove the previously submitted Boundary Survey from the project list, if that's acceptable. If so, please revise. a. Are there any new easements proposed as part of this application? There are no new easements proposed with this application. 2. Do the improvements to the open space area west of the driveway impact the crosswalk in any way? All of the proposed improvements west of the driveway end at the City sidewalk and/or the existing curb at the driveway and do not impact the crosswalk. 3. Please confirm that the “depressed curb” in the callout for the New/Relocated ADA spaces refers to an inlaid curb that will be completely flush with the pavement and concrete walkway. The curb will be flush across the ADA spaces. This was not clear on the previous plan so a note was added to the attached plan and the flush and transition curb designation lines were added. We are satisfied on the outstanding landscaping and lighting comments and have included a condition of approval to revise the lighting in accordance with what you have proposed. I’ll pass along stormwater comments if any as soon as I receive them. 3 Marla Keene, PE Development Review Planner City of South Burlington 180 Market Street South Burlington, VT 05403 (802) 846-4106 www.southburlingtonvt.gov Notice - Under Vermont’s Public Records Act, all e-mail, e-mail attachments as well as paper copies of documents received or prepared for use in matters concerning City business, concerning a City official or staff, or containing information relating to City business are likely to be regarded as public records which may be inspected by any person upon request, unless otherwise made confidential by law.
