Marla and Martha,
I conducted a site visit today and recommend reduction of the O'brien bonds as requested. This includes:
Reduction of the phase 2 bond (Leo Lane) to $437,280.23.
Reduction of the phase 3 bond (Daniel, Barn, and South Mabel) to $1,531,718.64.
Summary information for each bond is included in the attached. Please let me know if you need any
additional information.

Good Morning Tom,
As we prepare to file a zoning permit for the site preparation in Phase 5 (outlined in the draft budget you reviewed
last week), I need to free up some bonding capacity. Given this, we are sending the attached documents for your
review. As outlined in the attached, we have completed substantial work in both Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the
project. We are not actually looking to reduce our letters of credit at this time, as future bonding will use these
dollars. However, if you can confirm your concurrence with the attached, it will make those dollars available to
allocate to the next phase.
Attached please find both PDF and Excel files so that you can use what works best for you. Also attached are
letters of concurrence from the project engineer.
If you could provide your concurrence in the near term it will be appreciated.
