Re: City Updates
Since the Committee’s meeting on August 14, 2024, I have the following updates to report on
behalf of City staff:
• The StreetScan sidewalk and path condition assessment is scheduled to begin in early
October. More information outreach posts (social media, Front Porch Forum, City News,
etc.) will be shared a week before they begin.
• A new pavement marking stencil has been ordered for shared use paths:
• The next Active Transportation Plan public meeting is planned for the end of October
(date TBD).
• Hubbard RNA path received DRB approval on 9/6.
• The Farrell Street Dog Park, which includes an updated path alignment around parking
and the path is on the DRB agenda for 9/17.
