The parcel is located in the Village Residential, N�ighborhood Residential Transition and Natural Resource Protection Zoning District and contains bn existing single-family home and two barns. I The parcel contains a section of habitat block, wetland, and a stream. As the parcel is within an SEQ Sub-District, in existence prior to November 10th, 2021, and is more than 4-acres in size, the applicant is allowed one "carve-out" of no more than 2- acres per Article 15.C Section C of the Land Development Regulations. This proposal will carve out a 1.9-acre lot from the existing 13.5-acre lot, creating one 1.9-acre lot and one 11.6-acre lot. The purpose of this subdivision is to contain the two existing barns on their own lot. Please find the following information attached.
