Good Morning Marla and Betsy,
I believe that we have completed all of the requirements for preliminary and final plat submission for our proposed
amendments at Eastview that were heard at sketch in February. The attached cover letter and table of contents
show what has been updated, and provide the information requested at the sketch hearing. All the updated
exhibits are at the drop box link here:

You do have to pay for both preliminary & final. Per my calculation, the fee will be $2,556.00.
Marla is out until the later half of next week. If you plan to submit before then, copy me on the email and I can get
the intake process started in her absence.

Hi Betsy and Marla,
I have the application for preliminary and final plat that comes out of our sketch plan from February basically ready
to file.
The application is substantially identical to the sketch plan, except that we have removed one of the new
cottages. And so now it will consist of:
1. 14 duplex ad-back.
2. 4-new cottages, but removing 2-approved larger homes so net shift of 2-units.
3. One new lot, for battery building
Would you mind confirming what fee I should submit? We are requesting a combined review for prelim and final,
should we pay both? Just one?
Please let us know how to proceed.
