In addition to this updated coverage Exhibit, it was requested that we provide a calculation of green space relative to buildable acreage, as defined in the land development regulations. Please note that inclusive of the change to Lot 18, Eastview is proposing 24.44 acres of open space. We believe that all of this space qualifies as Civic space, in one form or another as contemplated in the zoning regulations. The entire land area of the project is 102.7 acres. Therefore in excess of 10% civic space is being provided. As requested, the information regarding what would be considered as buildable area in the project, under the current regulations, is below. It appears as though this would reduce our required open space if applicable. Our engineer has provided the requested path detail and stormwater calculations under separate cover.
