On May 30, 2024, the Applicant received a notice of incomplete application from Development Review Planner, Marla Keene. This email referenced several items that need be provided for the application to be considered complete. Each item is addressed below. Attached for reference please find additional exhibits noted below, as well as an updated table of contents for project exhibits. Please note that this cover letter is also an Exhibit, noted in the Exhibit Table of Contents. Please reach out with any questions. Responses to each item requested via email are included below. For convenience, we have included the chart from the notice of incomplete, and simply responded in red to each item. Thank you. Application Requirement Project-Specific Notes The extent and amount of cut and fill for all disturbed areas, including before-and-after profiles and cross sections of typical development areas, parking lots and roads, and including an erosion and sedimentation control plan, and proposed locations of sediment sink/setting pond and interceptor swales. grading plan continues to lack ex contour labels making evaluation of change in grade impossible All project plans have been edited to ensure that existing contour labels are included. All plans previously submitted are updated here with a new revision date. Estimate of all earthwork, including the quantity of any material to be imported to or removed from the site or a statement that no material is to be removed or imported. see note regarding cut/fill & grading This item is addressed above. Such plan will be of sufficient detail that the City of South Burlington will be able to inspect the site during construction to ensure that existing vegetation is protected as per the plan. existing tree protection omitted from EPSC (see Lot 18 in particular) We have added an EPSC sheet to cover Lot 18. It is attached as Exhibit 194.1. This area was omitted from original project plans.
