HI Betsy- I hope this finds you well. Based on buyer preferences, we are looking at offering a more
moderately priced 2 floor, 3 BR home at Edgewood. I would like to replace the attached home for what is
already approved at 31 Russet, if possible. The attached home is slightly smaller than 31 Russet (1898
SF vs 2080) and 3BR vs 2 BR. I am happy to submit a new permit app, or whatever is needed.
