Hi Marla,
Our OƯice has done a preliminary walk through on the project. All of the items on our broad list of requirements
from this consultation visit have been addressee. There are some fine points of fire protection/detection yet to be
flushed out. We’ll need to meet on standpipe locations and fire pump room details, but nothing that should
significantly impact the project.

Hi folks,
Burlington School District has applied to convert the existing hangar at 200 Davinci Drive into a consolidated
Aviation Technical Center for their students. The application involves interior building renovation and changes to
the parking and site circulation. The DRB will review the site plan on June 4 and the master plan amendment on
June 18. Both applications contain the same materials; it being 2 applications is really a paperwork exercise.
1. Site plan application #SP-24-20 of Burlington School District to amend a previously approved plan for an airport
complex. The amendment consists of renovating an existing hangar for the use of Burlington School District’s
Aviation Technical Center, including reconfiguration of the parking and site circulation, 200 Davinci Drive

2. Master plan application #MP-24-02 of Burlington School District to amend a previously approved master plan for
a 344,000 sf manufacturing and office building, a 37,800 sf office and retail building, a 15,600 sf commercial
building, and a 85,000 sf flight instruction and airport use building on 40.43 acres. The amendment consists of
modifying the access and circulation to an adjacent existing hangar, 154 Davinci Drive
