Hello Betsy,
My name is Julia Fields and I am the owner of Sequoia Holdings, which leases space at 102 Kimball Ave
to Birnn Chocolates of Vermont. I authorize J.A.Morrissey, Inc. to pull permits for this and any future
work.
The Woodland Commons owner association bylaws permit these renovations by approval of a majority
of unit owners in the building. Sequoia owns all units in the building (1-5), and therefore gives unanimous
consent.

Regarding the property owner, the Tax Assessor has SEQUOIA HOLDINGS LLC as the owner of the
unit. Is Birnn a tenant?
Please have someone from Sequoia Holding email us stating that you have permission to pull a
permit to do this work.
Additionally, if there is an owner’s association for this property and any approvals were received
from them, please forward those along as well.
