Section 11.00, Dimensional requirements - Side yard 15 feet,
proposal is to construct a garage to within four and one
half (4+) feet of the southerly line.
Mr. Danis's basis for appeal is that locating within 4f
feet is the only possible area to properly utilize the
land for a 221 x 221 garage.
ALEYANDER VERRET
21 Hanover Street
Area zoned R4 District, use allowed.
Section 11.00 requires side yard of 15 feet.
Proposal is to construct a 241 x 181 attached garage to
within seven and one half (7*) feet of the northerly side
yard.
Mr. Verret's basis for appeal is the same as Danis, narrow
lot (Fol).
WALDEN ROONEY
2 Delaware Street
Area zoned R4 District, use allowed.
Section 11.00 requires side yard of 15 feet.
Proposal is to add an additional bedroom and bath to southerly
side of dwelling to within ten (10) feet of the property line.
Mr. Rooney's basis for appeal is that he needs additional
living space.
On file is a letter from a Mr. Vincent Dattilio informing
that he (Dattilio) has no objection to Mr. Rooney's proposed
addition.
