Fence may not be installed on the property line. Fence must be installed so that a smooth or finished side
faces any abutting properties or roadways. All fence posts shall be placed on the inside of the fence.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity at Gover's Home & Property LLC to install your
fence on your property in South Burlington, Vt. The fence will be constructed of a 6' tall white
vinyl fence. There will be 440' of fence in total with 2 double gates installed by each driveway.
The estimated total for the project will be $22,475.
BALANCE MUST BE PAID TO CREW WHEN A JOB IS COMPLETE THIS PROPOSAL IS VALID
FOR 30 DAYS. PLEASE READ AND BE SURE TO UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
THIS CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING THIS CONTRACT. MANY OF THEM WILL BE IMPORTANT TO
YOU. BY SIGNING THIS PROPOSAL, THE CUSTOMER IS AUTHORIZING GOVERS'S HOME &
PROPERTY LLC., TO DO THE PROPOSED WORK, AND IS ACCEPTING THE PRICES AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND GOVER'S HOME & PROPERTY LLC STANDARD TERMS 1-15 WHICH MAY BE
ATTACHED, OR NOT ATTACHED. UPON ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNING BY THE CUSTOMER, THIS
BECOMES A BINDING CONTRACT. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
1. Gover's Home & Property warranties the installation for 1 year from the end of
installation. We do not warranty materials only for the installation. We cannot
warranty frost pushing post out of the ground. Any improper use by its owners
will also not be warrantied.
2. Any customer requested changes or deviations from the above specifications or
quantities involving extra cost will be an extra charge over and above this
proposal -contract.
3. Gover's Home & Property is not responsible for damage to lawn. While we try
and be as mindful as possible things happen. We try our best to leave your
property looking the best as we can. Any excess soil from the holes for post will
be raked out and graded. If the owner would like the material somewhere else
on the property, please let the installers know.
4. We all want the fence to be located where the customer wants it; therefore, the
customer will be responsible to indicate to the crew the proper location of the
fence and will provide Gover's Home & Property LLC with an accurate survey of
the property. All the property pins will be located and exposed to the customer. If
not found the crew will attempt to help the customer find the property pins, but
the customer and not Gover's Home & Property LLC will be responsible for the
proper location of the fence.
5. If any underground utilities should interfere with installation, we will discuss with
the owner how to reroute the fence or come up with a solution to get around or
over it.
