CONDITIONS:
A deferral of permit is hereby authorized based upon:
(1) The applicant(s) Waiver of Developmental Rights signed on
%_2q/82 , which states that: "In order to comply with the State
of Vermont Health Regulations on the subdivision of lands and disposal of
waste including sewage, I/we shall not construct or erect a structure or
building on this retained lot, the useful occupancy of which will require
the installation of plumbing and sewage treatment facilities, or sell this
lot without first complying with said State Regulations."
(2) If the parcel is to be considered for building development at
some future date, the applicant understands that the information required
by section 5-905 of the regulations must be submitted for cvaluation.
If such information does not meet the environmental requirements of 5-906,
permission to build on the lot will be denied.
(3) This lot may not be conveyed by the applicant without a subdivision
permit or an amended deferral of permit.
