ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

The South Burlington Economic Development Committee held a special meeting on April 16, 2024
in the South Burlington Library Conference Room, 180 Market Street, South Burlington and by
remote participation.
Members present: Tom Bailey, John Burton, Ken Linge and Michael Biama remotely.
Members absent: Sriram Srinivasan.
Others present: Michael Scanlan (City Council member), Chris Carringan (member elect), Emma
Spett from the UVM Office of Engagement and Leahy Institute, and remotely Andrew Chalnick
(City Council Liaison) and Elizabeth Fitzgerald (City Council member).
